Parameters
- player: MKPlayerAPI
  MKPlayer instance

  callback to receive error notifications
- config: MKOmSdkConfig
  OMSDK config
- autoLoadScript: boolean = true
  true to load OMSDK scripts from config URLs, false if app includes scripts itself. Defaults to true
